Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Limited was founded in 1990s. Starting from a small regional company as a retail distributor of a single brand, with efforts of more than a decade, it has established a basic business framework and recruited a team of talents, thereby laying a foundation for sustainable growth and business expansion. We started the integration stage early in this century. Marked by our listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2008, we, capitalizing on our abundant capital and strong assimilation capability in terms of business and management, completed the establishment of our business layout for the sports goods retail industry in China, and formed an integrated and comprehensive management system. Subsequently, Pou Sheng International stepped into a new phase of achieving a qualitative leap through reform and innovation, marching toward the goal of becoming the top retailer in the field of sports life style in China.
After twenty years of unremitting efforts, the turnover of Pou Sheng International as of today exceeds RMB12 billion. With more than 8,000+ directly and indirectly operated retail outlets and franchised stores with over 20,000 direct employees, we established a retail distribution network covering China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Leveraging on the in-house competent professionals, as well as the flexibility in operating various different business formats, such as directly operated retail outlets, franchised wholesale, participation in Sports City in the form of investment attraction and brand licensee, Pou Sheng International has achieved remarkable results. Pou Sheng International maintains close cooperation with brand owners for mutual benefits, and is committed to becoming the best partner of sports and leisure brands. We are the dealer of all top-tier renowned brands, and more new brands will be introduced to enrich our product mix so as provide more sports equipment and fashion & leisure products for consumers.

CHANG, Su-Ching, is currently in charge of Omni-channel Platform, Operation & Business Management Department and CEO Office of the Company, and also a director of various subsidiaries and a joint venture of the Company, and a supervisor of certain subsidiaries of the Company. She was appointed as the Vice President of Finance Department of the Company in September 2011. Ms. Chang graduated with a Master degree in Finance from National Taiwan University. She has more than 20 years’ working experience in treasury, cash management and financial planning.
LIAO, Yuang-Whang, was appointed as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March 2020, and has been re-designated as the Chief Financial Officer in August 2020. He is also a director of certain subsidiaries and a joint venture of the Company, and a supervisor of a subsidiary of the Company in China. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Management Science from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan in 1991 and a Master of Philosophy degree from University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom in 2000. Mr. Liao was the head of management accounting department of Pou Chen Corporation (“PCC”). Before joining PCC, Mr. Liao held executive/management positions, including chief financial officer, senior vice president of finance and chief executive officer, as well as executive director and non-executive director of board of directors in several listed companies in Hong Kong. He also worked as investment director in private equity for Asia region of Citibank Hong Kong and vice president in corporate finance of Citibank Taiwan. Mr. Liao has more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and corporate governance.
WANG Jun, is the Executive Vice General Manager of Merchandise & Retail Business Unit of the Company and also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company at the same time. He joined the Company as the Vice President of Brand and Merchandising Management Department in April 2014. Mr. Wang graduated from the Department of Marketing of the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing. He has extensive experience and achievements in strategic planning, sales marketing, product branding, and retail operation.
CHENG, Chia-Lin, is currently the Vice General Manager of the Company’s Administration Logistics Headquarter. Mr. Cheng holds a Master degree from Da-Yeh University in Taiwan, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management. Prior to joining the Company in 2017, he worked in Pou Chen Group from 2002 to 2017 and served as an associate position in the executive director’s office and the human resources department. He has extensive experience in administrative management and human resources management.
LI Zhi, is currently the Vice General Manager of the Company’s Sports Platform Headquarter and is also a director of several subsidiaries of the Company. He joined the Company in November 2001 and grew with the Company. Mr. Li graduated from the Marketing Department of Beijing University of Technology. He has more than 20 years of working experience in market development, business negotiation and large-scale retail management.
LIN Tao, is currently the Vice General Manager of the First Division of Merchandise & Retail Business Unit of the Company and is also a director of a subsidiary of the Company. He joined the Anhui Regional Department of the Company as a General Manager in July 2007. Mr. Lin graduated from the Department of Systems Science and Scientific Management in University of Science and Technology of China. He has extensive experience and many accomplishments in strategic planning, corporate management and talent development.
SONG Hua, is currently the Vice General Manager of the Second Division of Merchandise & Retail Business Unit of the Company, and is also a director of several subsidiaries of the Company. He joined the Company in December 2008 as the General Manager of the Shanxi Division. Mr. Song graduated from the Department of Industrial Electrical Automation at North University of China. He has extensive experience and good performance in market development, business negotiation, strategic decision-making and business system operations.
TANG Guoxing, is currently the Executive Director of the Third Division of Merchandise & Retail Business Unit of the Company. He is also a director of a subsidiary of the Company. He joined the Company in December 2010 as the General Manager of Shanghai Baoyuen Sports Goods Company Limited, Nanjing Branch. Mr. Tang graduated from the Commercial Enterprise Management Stream of Jiangsu Radio and Television University. He has more than 20 years of working experience in large-scale retail management.
