1. As a member of senior management, assist the decision-makers in developing regional development strategies, be responsible for regional short-term and long-term policies and strategies within one’s functional areas and play a decisive role in the fulfillment of medium-/long-term goals of the region; 2. Oversee and manage everyday activities of the region; 3. Set annual targets of the region and track progress in the targets and tasks; 4. Review and follow up each department’s plans of the region; 5. Take charge of regional team building, define responsibilities and performance assessment of the team and conduct effective management; 6. Be responsible for quality management and assurance of everyday operations and attain customer satisfaction finally; 7. Take overall responsibility for regional market development; 8. Report business developments and results to the regional head; 9. Complete other assignments given by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. College or above, marketing and experience in retailing or related sectors; 2. Good market sense and development skills; 3. Extensive product knowledge; 4. An insight into marketing and strong market development capability; 5. Excellent organization and management skills; 6. Passion for work and good teamwork; 7. Good relations with the local government.
