1. Be responsible for planning and design of the Company’s e-commerce products; 2. Be responsible for product-related market research, product assessment, requirements specifications and problem analysis; 3. Prepare research reports, MRD, PRD and functional specifications; 4. Manage and track progress in product development and organize product test and acceptance check; 5. Take charge of cross-department collaboration and communication and facilitate effective teamwork to fulfill product goals; 6. Develop publicity strategies for the Company’s e-commerce products (online promotion, news exposure, and major events) and act as a coordinator and supervisor in implementation.
Job requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, and deep understanding of e-commerce models such as B2B, B2C, C2C and C2B; 2. Capability of independent e-commerce product analysis, planning and design and good track record in e-commerce products; 3. Interaction design capability and skillful use of Axure and other Mockup tools; 4. Market research, market competition and demand analysis skills, acute market observer and ability to propose systemic advice on product development and optimization; 5. Knowledge of basic data analysis methods and ability to optimize products based on data; 6. Excellent communication, collaboration, project management and organization skills, good teamwork, solid writing skills and sense of innovation.
