1. Plan out e-commerce channels of brands and take charge of operation and management on all e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, The Store and suning.com); 2. Have extensive experience in Internet platform operation and sales management and assist in developing overall operational strategies and publicity strategies of online stores to achieve higher click rate, page view and conversion rate; 3. Skillfully use all kinds of tools to develop promotion programs and accomplish preset performance targets; 4. Analyze visitor flow data and help graphic designers fine-tune or redesign the store pages; 5. Be familiar with the responsibilities of every platform-related job, coordinate human resources available and effectively manage and motivate the team to meet all performance indicators set by the company.
Job requirements:
1. College or above; 2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operation and management; 3. Mastery of e-commerce marketing rules, good knowledge of channel operation and management models and an insight into operation models; 4. Creativity and publicity skills, project management and control skills and effective project execution; 5. Detail-oriented and patience, good understanding and interpersonal skills, full of passion and creativity.
