Job description：

1. Take charge of membership development (e.g. via WeChat) of stores and the Company;
2. Plan, organize and implement activities for membership development, enhance member loyalty, collect feedback data and continuously improve the efficiency of promotional activities;
3. Meet the monthly and quarterly target of new member recruitment, and strengthen member loyalty and stability up to the standard required by the Company;
4. Facilitate themed promotional activities organized by the Retail Department;
5. Take charge of membership management and services, and take the lead to learn about member needs;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the management.

Job requirements：

1. Tertiary or above, more than two years of relevant experience, those with extensive experience in membership services are preferred;
2. Strong skills of marketing, communication and coordination, and clear-minded;
3. Serious at work and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good team player and able to work under pressure.
