The training seminar was conducted in different forms including lectures, group discussions, discussions with business heads of headquarter, sharing of experience, outdoor development, visit to exhibition centers, etc. The course given by more than twenty lecturers covered many aspects such as improvement of corporate culture, core value and leadership, also expansion of multi-brand channels, management of branded products, process management, mega data management, omni channel retailing, establishment of membership system and cross-industry marketing collaboration with sports industry. At the same time, we have specially invited our five outstanding district general managers to be the lecturers who had shared their innovative concepts and experience on retail management in their own districts. Provided with rich content and active teaching, evaluation by participants scored over 90 marks.
On the other hand, participants have shared and discussed the difficulties encountered during their works with functional department heads of headquarter. This helped the headquarter to understand the implementation of Company’s policies in district level. The CEO leading the discussion also helped to solve certain problems during the training. This approach has started a new way making the Company’s policies more practicable which will facilitate the development of Pou Sheng.
